You can order directly from our Peli online shop, by sending a email to info@mccf.de or by sending a fax to +49 (0) 8085-189-9929.

The images in our Pelicase online store to serve as a call to order and are not legally binding offer . By clicking "Order securely send" button you make a legally binding order of your chosen product. Immediately after sending you a confirmation of receipt of your order to your specified email address. This confirmation does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order. The contract of sale is confirmed by the order confirmation, which you will get automatically via email throughout the ordering system.

In our Pelicase online store, you can choose the following payment methods:

  • Payment on account (Pay by wire) "Payable upon receipt without deduction."
  • Payment by direct debit - here you get 2% discount - and is possible only within Germany.
  • Payment in advance - here you get 2% discount. After an order through our system you will receive an order confirmation with our bank account. Upon receipt of the invoice the goods will be shipped immediately.

COD shipments are not due to the negative charges possible for our customers. 
 
Basically, you will receive an invoice accompanies the goods, or is sent by mail. 
 
The goods will be shipped with GLS from us and, depending on your order, delivered within Germany within one to two business days. For shipments within Europe, the journey time is approximately three to four working days. The deliveries are Monday to Friday. If you want to get sent to a broadcast station to your pack, please write down your customer number and packing station at the delivery address. 

When you order your goods via Express Saver NBD delivery, please note that orders received before 12:00 clock with us in order for the goods can be shipped the same day. The goods are delivered the next day (NBD = Next business day) delivered during business hours. Delivery days are Monday through Friday. Island deliveries are excluded from this regulation. For deliveries on islands or at certain times, you can of course always with us via e-mail with the subject info@mccf.de "EXPRESS SHIPMENT" or by phone on +49 (0) 8085-189-798 with us.

 

Our standard shipping charges for shipments are calculated as follows:

Germany from 4,90 EUR

Island deliveries plus Germany 12.00 EUR

Austria from 12.90 EUR

EU countries from 19,90 EUR

Non-EU countries from 25.13 EUR

 

Our shipping charges for Express Saver shipments within Germany NBD are calculated as follows:

Germany from 24,90 EUR

For express deliveries within Europe you can of course always with us via e-mail with the subject info@mccf.de "EXPRESS SHIPMENT" or by phone on +49 (0) 8085-189-798 with us. 

If you want to make as a consumer of your right to cancel and send back the product - see Customer Information Point 2 - You have the possibility of us a brand for the freeway-free return request. To this end an informal email to info@mccf.de without notice for any reason with the appropriate subject. The return will mark you as soon as possible by letter or optionally together with the exchange of goods. 

So that we can process complaints, damage or need for replacement parts as soon as possible and effectively, please send a description with a picture of the damage or need for to info@mccf.de.

Visible damage must be reported immediately upon delivery courier services.

No visible damage to us immediately, but will appear within seven days written notice.
